    Mike Parker is now on deck speaking about GMP's. Mike has been with Clark for 33 years and is truly a professional in the GMP arena. 
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Refers to the the practices set by the U.S. Food Drug Administration
    - 1905 the book "The Jungle" exposed unsanitary conditions in the meat industry
    - 1906 Pure Food and Drug Act was enacted
    - 1938 U.S. Food Drug and Cosmetics  act became a Federal Law
    - 1970, to further explain the FDC Act, GMP's were published
GMP's (Clark Standards) Covered
    - Hand Washing
- Cuts and Abrasions
- No Jewelry  
- Food, tobacco and beverages are not allowed in restricted areas
- No gum chewing 
- Clean and neat uniforms
- Hair protection
- iPods, MP3 playes and etc. cannot be worn while preforming a service
- propped doors allow rodents in 
- Head, Eye and ear protection are to worn as required
- Lab Jackets are to worn as required
