FSMA Qualified Individual Certification

Dear Clark Pest Control Customer

My name is Al St.Cyr, and I am the Director of Education and Food Safety for Clark Pest Control.  I have been providing food safety and pest management education and consulting around the world for many years before joining the Clark family. One of the key tasks I was given as part of my responsibilities here was to provide educational opportunities for our food-manufacturing customers.

Most of you are aware that the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) mandates that a “Qualified Individual” be present in each site to oversee the preventive control programs. The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) has developed a certified 2.5-day training program that provides attending individuals with certification documentation that meets this mandate.

Clark Pest Control has contracted ACET, a recognized certified group to conduct this training certified to FSPCA requirements. FSPCA and FDA require strict adherence to the certification requirements of this course. All training materials and certificates come directly from FSPCA and are recognized as complying with the FSMA requirements.

Clark has scheduled this training for May 10, 11 and 12, 2016 to be held at 555 North Guild Avenue, Lodi, CA 95240 beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day. FSPCA has limited the number of attendees to 50 for this session. Additionally, they require a 10 day notification of attendees in order to prepare the certificates and training manuals for the seminar. We will not be able to deviate from this in any way.

Clark is offering this certification program to our customers at a breakeven price of $525.00 per attendee, which includes the $90.00 materials fee and lunch for the first two days. This seminar is advertised between $825.00-$995.00 elsewhere. We value your business as a Clark customer and hope you will take advantage of our efforts to meet your needs.

To attend this limited seating certification program, Call 877-213-9903 or email a request for attendance to www.jfreeman@clarkpest.com.  Remember, you must be registered 10 days prior to the event to insure you receive the training materials and certificate.

Should the number of interest people exceed the 50-attendee limit imposed on us; we will attempt to schedule another session before the September 16, 2016 compliance deadline currently set by FSMA.

We at Clark look forward to serving your needs and providing cost effective educational opportunities in the future.

Sincerely,

Alfred J. St.Cyr
