David is discussing the importance of how customers perceive us as a company. From the shine on a technician's shoes to the way customers are served.

Safety, is a key point in todays discussion, being a safe an conscience driver when representing the company. 

Be a showman not a Ninja! When our technician's arrive at a business, the technician is to check in with the customer, while servicing, the technician should be thorough, precise and make sure to share with the customer  what work was done.

Dealing with angry customers...we are problem solvers, placing the problem between you and the customer, you and the customer can work on the problem together. Be a great listener, listen to what your customer has to say, repeat the issues back and be that problem solver!
